A & S Divine Healthcare is owned and operated by two African American Services doctoral prepared Family Nurse Practitioners, Dr. Angel White and Dr. Shadae Booker-Shelton. We are primary healthcare providers that deliver high-quality healthcare services to Calumet City, Illinois community and surrounding areas.
Our mission is to provide the highest level of quality care through the delivery of culturally sensitive, individualized, compassionate, and competent clinical services to the patients, families, and communities we serve. We aim to exceed the needs and expectations of those we serve to improve the health of the people. Our goal is to transform the way healthcare is delivered by eliminating barriers to access, reducing health disparities, and decreasing healthcare costs, especially in underserved and high-risk populations.
