Anchored365 is a healthcare staffing, recruitment, and consulting company. I launched it in 2021 to address critical staffing shortages and assist companies in building their teams.

My mission is to build, expand, and enhance the quality of the healthcare workforce by attracting skilled, committed professionals who value quality patient care and high standards while transforming the clinical experience.

I champion a different kind of staffing solution that recruits and trains nurses, certified nursing assistants, and mid- to senior-level leaders to leverage their skills in diverse medical settings. I offer per diem, contracted works, contract-to-hire, and direct placement services to fill temporary and permanent roles. I also offer professional coaching and consulting services to help individuals and businesses maximize their potential for success in this industry.
