Business Description

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I have years of experience working in a variety of settings: mental health/substance abuse agencies, emergency rooms, the judicial system and domestic violence agencies. These experiences have made me a well rounded clinician. My treatment approaches are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Although, I am trained to assist individuals with mental health challenges. I specialize in treating women who are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress; by educating, encouraging and empowering them through the therapeutic process.

I provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address life challenges and explore painful issues in a safe environment. I integrate therapeutic techniques to offer a personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to achieving.
