Business Description
We are a minority women run organization that serve a group of Indigenous people from the island of Attu, Alaska. We are working on social issues with a broad range. The goal of the non-profit is to help Attuans revive their cultural heritage and to support the interests of Attuans.
We will be helping Attuans return to visit their stolen homeland. Our people lived on this island for 8,000 plus years and weren’t allowed to go back after WWII. Our organization is trying to change that. We are also working on repatriation of stolen remains of our Ancestors. This island is 1,200 miles away from the mainland of Alaska making our projects and aspirations more difficult, but with many partnerships and help from the community solutions to help our people’s needs.
