B.E. W.E.L.L. (Better Eating With Exercise for a Limitless Lifestyle) mission is to help You become a healthier You!! B.E. W.E.L.L. introduce, encourage & motivate the masses to incorporate natural herbs, healthier food options, & exercise to increase longevity & quality of life! The foundation of my business is my son Jamèz & I testimony. Jamez was diagnosed with a empendymoma brain tumor at the age of 5. He’s undergone surgery, chemotherapy, & radiation. He recovered remarkably, however, we had a reoccurrence scare when he was 9 & a 2nd brain surgery was suggested; I declined. I kicked our holistic diet up a few notches & started incorporating, herbs, alkaline water & foods, mineral dense supplements, frequency heal & more exercise. Fast forward, Jamèz is now 23 with a bachelor is Computer Engineering from BCU. Health WINZ!!!
