BMTS is a Veteran, Minority, and Woman-owned Limited Liability Corporation. Our mission is to provide public and private organizations an understanding of their cybersecurity risk posture, as well,  prioritizing our client’s cybersecurity needs through collaborative business relationships, forward-thinking, current industry tools & services, reasonable cost management, and client-tailored managed services. Services include:

• Continuous Monitoring: From strategic planning, BMTS will implement a continuous monitoring program to its deployment and operation. We will assist in implementing a continuous monitoring program that improves risk posture and ensures compliance with regulations and other guidance through Continuous Discovery; Continuous Assessment; Continuous Audit; Continuous Patching & Continuous Reporting.
• Vulnerability Management: Vulnerability management should be the foundation of an organization’s security program because you have to know what is on your network in order to monitor and protect it. A good vulnerability management program can help you proactively understand the risks to every asset in order to keep it safe.
• Security Assessment: BMTS will help an organization understand the security risks posed to their information technology systems, applications, and environment, and provide solutions to take appropriate actions to mitigate these risks.
• Cyber Security Compliance: Identity, Protect, Detect, Respond & Recover. BMTS assists organizations in implementing requirements, which varies by industry and business sectors, but typically involves using an array of specific organizational processes and technologies to safeguard data and protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability (CIA) of the organization.Risk Management: Build and implement a framework that will improve the organization’s information security, Help understand your Risk posture and provide a risk management process and encourage reciprocity among divisions within the organization.

  Independent Auditing (Compliance): Use a risk-based approach that is driven by our extensive knowledge of security risks and regulatory trends to test and assess the organization’s overall security posture

  Security Program and Project Management: BMTS can assist with the development and ongoing management of a program to address your data security and privacy risk needs. This includes a host of services tailored to your organization

• Incident Response, Contingency Planning & Disaster Recovery: BMTS’s goal is to help the organization handle incidents in a way that limits damage and reduces recovery time and costs.Physical Security: Physical security protects people, data, equipment, systems, facilities, and company assets. BMTS will assist in implementing methods that will protect these assets through “site design and layout, environmental components, emergency response readiness, training, access control, intrusion detection, and power and fire protection.

  Application Testing:  Application Security is built around the concept of ensuring that the code written for an application does what it was built to do and keeps the contained data secure.

  Security Policy and Procedures: BMTS will put in place policies and procedures that will help improve an information security strategy by providing guidelines and best practices based on the organization and type of data they maintain.

• Cloud Security: protection of data, applications, and infrastructures involved in cloud computing such as Amazon, Google, Microsoft Azure. BMTS will assist the organization in setting up a comprehensive security program that is predicated on having continuous, consolidated visibility of access, privilege, and activity
• Security Awareness Training: BMTS will help provide formal cybersecurity education to your workforce about a variety of information security threats and create organizational policies and procedures for addressing them. Topics covered in security awareness training often expand beyond the digital world and discuss physical security and how employees can keep themselves and loved ones secure. Rather than a one-time event, security awareness training is most useful when approached as a critical ongoing practice in the context of a bigger security awareness program. The training and the program are integral to building a culture of security in modern, digitally dependent organizations.
• Mentorship:BMTS has benefited from the counsel and guidance of informal and formal Mentors throughout its professional experience. These Mentors have provided meaningful insights with different perspectives that have guided BMTS through obstacles and opportunities. We believe that Mentors have the ability to powerfully impact goals and careers, through positive and constructive feedback and guidance. Successful career development requires, not just, technical and job-related skills, but critical thinking, life-work balance, and interpersonal skills that are strengthened through coaching and mentorship. BMTS provides mentorship to newly skilled women and minorities in cybersecurity. BMTS continuously develops and improves ways to introduce and empower women and minorities in cybersecurity.

  Community Outreach:

  BMTS is passionate about educating our communities including the technology-challenged senior community. In this past year alone, the senior communities have been targeted through phishing and telemarketing techniques, social media, and mobile technology. We are aware in several areas of the senior communities, technology, as well as social media is challenging. BMTS  continues to develop ways to collaborate with state and our local governments, community organizations, including neighborhood recreation centers to offer security awareness training to provide cybersecurity awareness and education,  support reduction in security incidents in communities, and introduce technology tools that increase security awareness and protection.
