Be The Exception Counseling Foundation is an NGO/501(c)(3) status opened to donations as we offer free counseling to the less privileged, especially the youths, Internally Displaced Persons due to the civil crisis, prisoners, single parents and other vulnerable populations in Cameroon, West Africa. We are registered in the USA and Cameroon. We offer Residential and Intensive Outpatient treatment programs as we cover substance use disorders, mental health, student aggression and violence in schools, anger management, trauma and crisis, unresolved grief and loss, urine drug rapid tests and much more.
