We focus on individual wellness and well-being to promote a unified community. Specifically, we focus on mental/emotional health, physical health, spiritual health utilizing the twelve (12) dimensions of wellness developed by Dr. John W. Travis. Each of these components are involved in whole person wellness, and we continually track them to improve areas of our client’s lives that may need attention at any given time. With self-responsibility and self-care at its core, our programs provide a foundation for health and wellness over time. There is no “end point” to achieving a higher level of wellness for all. We aim to improve quality of life by utilizing person-centered strategies that highlight individual strengths while providing proven strategies for challenging situations thereby growing a healthy community and responsible citizens.
