Yoga for C/PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression. 

 

Research shows us that breath work, yoga poses, irest yoga Nidra, and meditation rewire the brain moving the person out of their trauma story and out of PTSD responses.  

 

I have C-PTSD. Yoga is the only thing that has helped me. I’ve spent the past several years or more researching WHY yoga works and HOW. I’ve been extremely frustrated with my findings. The researchers all agree it works. Brain scans prove that it works. But no one is saying what specifically people are doing. What breathwork exercises, what postures, what meditations work? The research doesn’t say.

 

I’ve taken over a dozen classes that are specifically for C/PTSD and they were not beneficial. The asana (poses) are not designed for people who have physical limitations or seem to understand what may be triggering for someone who has suffered physical abuse/trauma.

 

I’ve spent over 20 years researching and figuring out my own answers. I’ve FINALLY come up with the solution to the problem with these ‘classes’. 

 

Individualize the practice. Small groups that meet once a week, receive a 1:1 session when the participant attends all scheduled sessions in a month, and at the end of 3 months receive videos that are specific to the individual student. Each student will receive a video of their mantra, breathwork exercise, yoga practice, and their irest meditation. Each student’s video will be unique based on their needs and what they found benefited them most in class/privates.

 

This program will include: 

-1: 90 minute live Zoom group class per week (3-5  per class) 

-1: 1 hour private a month if you attend all group classes the previous month. You will get a final private in the 4th month after classes have ended. (Privates are normally $90 and group classes are $25 each for 90 minutes. 4 privates would cost $360 and 12 group classes would cost $300).

 

Pricing:

$500 for Supporter (supports others and yourself).

$250 for 3 months (total savings of $410 for yourself).
