Hello! My name is Antwonéy Terrell I am a nutritionist, certified personal trainer, and currently in class to become a stress, sleep management and recovery coach. Build a Better You is a wellness and online nutrition company for women. Our mission is to empower women to lead healthier and more balanced lives through innovative nutrition and health solutions. We provide our clients with personalized nutrition plans, nutrition counseling, group nutrition, nutrition courses, lifestyle tips to help them make changes that last and to help women better understand their dietary needs while making informed choices.
