Commissioning ensures that something works as designed by performing checks based on how that unit is to function. Validation aims to ensure that the system continuously and reliably outputs the same product. The commissioning and validation process has, historically, been paper-driven. Firms use paper to manage their process and deliverables, and this causes delays in information sharing, people working off different versions of documents, data capture to be slow or sometimes information is missed, and an extreme amount of paper is printed and/or stored for future audits.

CaMI is a paper-free software that has streamlined the process with a cloud-based platform that increases productivity, houses all documentation, and provides a database of comprehensive checklists. Our platform allows visibility at all levels and reduces the communication gap, allowing for efficient planning and forecasting. Our goal is to make everything easier, more transparent, collaborative, and efficient. CaMI offers a checklist database, a maintenance queue for preventative maintenance tracking, reporting with daily and final report features, a dashboard for a real-time view of progress, multi-user access, integrations, and audit trails.
