Hello, welcome to CHOSEN Counseling & Coaching Services, PLLC. My name is Dr. Ulrica L. Kassar, but my clients call me Dr. Tasha. I earned my Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling and my Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Counseling from Texas Wesleyan University. I use my training in Restoration, CBT, and Mindfulness therapy to provide a safe space where you can explore your fears, gain awareness, acknowledge destructive behavior patterns, and transform your life to become the Best version of yourself.

I am also a professional speaker and author. My vision is to provide services and products to help goal-driven women have a place to talk about their PAIN, explore their FEARS, redefine their PURPOSE, and gain the courage to accomplish their  DREAMS.
