Founded in 2019, Created 2 Care (C2C) is a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation company, located in Huntsville, AL servicing Madison County and surrounding areas. At C2C, our mission is to provide safe, comfortable and reliable transportation to all clients while promoting independence and increasing the overall quality of life.
We transport clients to medical appointments, therapy sessions, dialysis, radiation treatments and more.
We accept transportation request from: Medicare and Medicaid, Assisted Living Facilities, Hospitals & Health Systems, State & Government Agencies, Area Agencies on Aging and individuals.
