Embrace Health is a non-profit Primary Care Clinc providing quality medical care to uninsured, underserved, and diverse populations of Central Florida. Our prices are based on your income and household size. We even offer payment plans if you are unable to pay at time of services. We also accept Medicaid and Medicare. Our services includes non-urgent care, preventative care, school physicals, sports physicals, DOT physicals, HIV/AIDS prevention or treatment and many more services. We send referrals for specialists if required.
