Business Description

Express Workforce Foundation’s mission is to provide our clients with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities with accessibility to employment opportunities as well as needed transportation. We strive to integrate community involvement with part-time job placement, volunteering in our community garden projects, and community food bank assistance where they conduct themselves as independent individuals. In providing transportation to our clients, we allow them endless opportunities that are not hindered by location or by the lack  of means of travel.  The activities we provide in our programs are chosen by many clients and consist of job readiness, training, self-advocacy, person-centered planning, and community access.  The structure of these programs allow folks to transition into competitive employment.
