Business Description
We are a private outdoor event venue space able to host all types of small to medium sized events year around, from weddings to small private concerts and anything in between. Our mission is to provide a space where individuals can gather safely and conveniently in common interest. We have table seating capacity under a tent for 300 guests and more capacity if guests are roving or lawn seated. We uniquely offer stadium lighting, full electric service, onsite parking and best of all permanent restrooms. We are ADA compliant and accessible. We work with our client and vendor partners to provide what is needed to compliment and complete that individual special event. Our rental structure is also unique. We rent the space and facilities only, therefore our fee is calculated individually based on usage and the demand placed on the facilities. An event with fifty guests lasting four hours will not be charged the same as an event with 150 guests lasting 8 hours.
We are located in rural Southampton County Virginia on 5 acres overlooking a private pond. We are bordered by trees and open farmland, providing peaceful privacy and security. We have easy access in Virginia from US 258 and from North Carolina via Hwy 258. Our address is 31001 Smiths Ferry Rd, Franklin Virginia.
We enrich our local community by hosting a minimum of 2 free festivals a year for our community children. We also offer the space to non-profit and charitable organizations for the purpose of raising funds and/or awareness.
