Genesis Medical Research Group has developed a training curriculum with the sole purpose of becoming a “standardization” across the healthcare industry that will give all healthcare professionals a blueprint for better understanding patients and their diverse needs and knowledge to be used to build better rapport and engage patients in their own healthcare. Diversity, Equity, Equality, and Inclusion are actions that are necessary in clinical trials and our curriculum will give the understanding and edge you will need to have the proper mindset that will change your behavior on a daily basis. It is critical that healthcare professionals understand these fundamentals when interacting with patients to make sure they are educated on the many opportunities and options available on their journey to heal. Trust starts from within, and learning about past experiences, understanding current disparities and how they affect minority communities enables healthcare professionals to have a personal viewpoint of Black and African American patients, their daily adversities, and continue to be advocates of change and empower patients with the knowledge and tools they need to continue their journey for better health.
