Girls Rugby empowers girls to reach their potential through sport. Girls Rugby programming combines non-contact flag rugby with a curriculum centered on positive core values and leadership skills for girls aged 6-14 or in grades 2-8. This curriculum was specifically developed to help participants explore various leadership skills and apply them to their lives on and off the field of play. The curriculum introduces new values and skills to the participants each week of every season.
Girls Rugby is a different way to engage in sports for young girls. The program was built specifically for girls to meet and interact with other children that look and sound and act like them. It is a comfortable and safe place to have fun, make friends, and develop a number of skills to help them succeed in life.
