My business is a web and mobile application business. It is called the GotInfo™ app (DBA GotInfo™). GotInfo™ is a real-time, full-duplex, messaging platform where individuals (C2C) and businesses (C2B and B2C) communicate to crowdsource real time information regarding the status of a brick-and-mortar establishment, the availability of a product or service or other matters related to said brick-and-mortar establishment. The crowdsourced communication occurs via real-time, time-stamped, text, voice recordings, pictures and video.
GotInfo™ ‘s website and downloadable mobile application is based on the premise of “people helping people”. It is the “Waze app” for brick-and-mortar establishments where individuals crowdsource information to advise others or help others. The technology and software create an online community of registered users who share their location when at a brick-and-mortar location and act as the eyes and ears for others. Businesses can also subscribe via the GotInfo™ business side of the platform and respond to customer inquiries.
