I am a doula and yoga instructor. I am committed to providing you with compassionate, dependable and safe support as your Doula, Yoga Instructor, or Both. My goal as a yoga instructor is to help you navigate yoga poses that’s accessible for you body. Most people think they can’t do yoga because of what social media shows, but yoga is meeting you where you are. As a doula, I am here to help families with preparing and understanding their birth plan, the process of labor, body changes prenatal and postnatal, and offering support to you and your loved ones throughout.
