Business Description

Michelle Nading started Green Country HR, LLC on the belief that small and mid-sized businesses should have access to the same high-quality and effective workplace solutions and resources that big companies do but at an affordable rate.

Michelle has worked with several companies in industries including; Agriculture, Automotive, Banking, Professional Services, Excavating, Nonprofit, Technology, and Property Management.  She has led projects in areas such as the implementation of HRIS and LMS systems, benefits administration, recruitment and staffing, handbook and policy development, and training development.

Michelle is a SHRM Certified HR Professional. She has a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and Business Management from Missouri Southern State University and a Master of Science in Employment Law from Nova Southeastern University.  Michelle stays current on federal and state employment regulations through extensive continuing education.
