Harness Your Power LLC is a company dedicated to the development and advancement of professional women and hopes to decrease the inequalities faced by women in the workplace. The founder, Whitney D. Walter, coaches other professionals on the hard and soft skills needed to grow their careers and create lives they love. Training is provided through online courses, digital downloads, workshops, public speaking, and business consulting. Specifically, hard skills training may include but are not limited to presentation skills (ie. PowerPoint as Whitney is a Microsoft-certified Specialist) and LinkedIn. Soft skills training may include but are not limited to self-advocacy in and out of the workplace, confidence, effective communication, job search strategies, resume writing, interviewing, and job offer/salary negotiation.
