We are a Health and Wellness business practice assisting people with Health Coaching and/or counseling for prevention/reversal of lifestyle related chronic diseases. We consult, counsel and coach our patients and clients on acquiring a healthy lifestyle behavior, consisting of healthy nutrition, physical activity, stress management, social connectedness, in the prevention of chronic diseases as well as the assistance with already diagnosed chronic diseases such as Type 2 Diabetes, Hypertension, excess Weight, High Cholesterol and others.
Our packages for specific disease programs such as
- Intensive Therapeutic Lifestyle change (ITLC) Program for Diabetic patients
- National Diabetes Prevention program to prevent Type 2 Diabete
