We are a food and comfort oriented business, that was conceptualized in and for the West Side of Chicago, We have a commercial kitchen space where we slow cook, fast food for takeaway, we are in the process of putting together funding for the second phase of UrbanEden, a UrbanCafe..we have the property, and we hope to fund the extensive buildout by the summer of 2023, the 3rd phase is UrbanTaco we have yet to find the space for this project, but we know it will be on the West Side, we are hoping around Roosevelt Rd, The west side is very complicated, we intend to open the invisible wall and invite folks from everywhere to experience lovely food, in exceptional environments, and ignore the fact that there are gunshots and sirens going on around you..it can be done, when I decided this was going to be my work, I moved to the West Side:) I know I can help merge people and communities together…Food is a wonderful conduit for common ground, and great food brings people together, Kind of a social food project.
