Hope Development Practice is a non-profit mental health agency. We focus on providing free or reduced cost services to the LGBTQIA community. Our goal is to teach therapist and the community about LGBTQIA equity and inclusion and reduce microaggressions that so often happen in therapy with this community.
We off gender affirming groups, LGBTQIA parent support groups, DBT groups, individual, family, couple and polycule therapy and much more.
We have created a Pride event in East Peirce County to help accessibility, increase knowledge to the community and make a safe place to celebrate for the LGBTQIA community. We had over 500 people celebrate with us our first year and hope that number will get larger every year. This Pride event also functions as our fundraiser to support counseling services for those that can’t afford it
