I empower and educate so that you are aware and informed on all of your rights and options to make the best and most informed decisions regarding your pregnancy, health, and experience. I also help with pain management and comfort during labor, offering support and advocacy during pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum periods. I also support moms that Suffer from loss. I educate and support on breastfeeding needs, child birth, sexual health and reproduction, and I’m also a community health worker. I help bridge the gap between clients and the medical system by providing comprehension and help build trust through understanding, advocacy, and empowering. I’m also an herbalist, and Nutritionist.
