Hello, my name is Matika Sterling and I am the Owner and CEO of JessYou Credit Solutions. I launched my credit repair business in February 2022. I have been helping myself and close friends achieve their credit goals before actually offering it to the public. Credit is the one thing that is not talked about much as it should be in the black community. Growing up, my parents always told me to graduate high school, go to college, and get a great job. Never in my younger years was I taught the importance of credit. I didn’t start understanding until many years after college, when I got my very own first car. I went through so many lenders because I had no credit at the time. I’m betting my APR was through the roof. Then I got my very first apartment were they also ran my credit. I was better at that point. I now have a credit score of 772 and just bought my very first brand new house in 2021 with a little over 2% locked in rate. After buying my home, that is when I realized that I wanted to help other individuals much like myself.
