We created Joneses Jerky during the height of the pandemic, May 2020. Jasmine wanted some beef jerky and Quise said “We’re not paying $30 for dried out garbage from the store. Let’s figure out a way to make something we’ll love at home.” And from that Joneses Jerky was born! We were both overjoyed and overwhelmed by the shocking 80lbs that were ordered within the 1st week. It was at that moment we realized that we were on to something really special and decided that it needed to be handled with care and with that came the hard realization that we needed more space and we were forced to make the rough choice of closing our doors just a few months after starting. During that down time Quise was able to join the fire department and gain another family. Flash forward to now, 2023, and we’re back!!!! Ready to fill all of your Joneses Jerky needs and connect with each and every one of you!
