Business Description

I started Just Move IT Fitness company to motivate people to “Just Move IT” whether it’s taking the stairs at work or doing squats while in the kitchen….The goal is to do some sort of exercise every day to stay healthy and fit. On my website, I sell fitness apparel along with other items to jump start your weight loss journey. I have a personal trainer available and an online Zumba class.

Several months later, I opened Just Move IT Fitness Juice Bar inside a fitness center. So while making smoothies, I get an opportunity to encourage people to “Just Move IT”.
