Hi! I’m Kerri, the head, heart, and hands behind the Magical Menagerie. For the last seven years, I have created and curated the fine wizarding wares we carry in our unique pop-up boutique. Many of you have already supported my dream of being a witch, wandmaker, potion master, etc. by sharing the love of all things wizarding world. Now, I kindly ask you to support my growth in ceramics. 

You may have seen my signature-style cauldron mugalready. These one-of-a-kind mugs are hand made on a pottery wheel, and finished with food, microwave, and oven-save glaze. This mug, and the passion that went into its design, is the inspiration behind this new branch of the Magical Menagerie – KK’s Cauldron of Clay.

The field of ceramics today is rich and varied. The current generation of ceramists takes the medium in multiple directions, all unique to their own perspectives. In our work, we show consciousness of history and popular culture, use the medium to tell stories, and borrow from industrial techniques such as transfer-printing and mold making.

Not only does this help set me up for a more secure future for my family, it also allows me to spend more time with my daughter and teach her the importance of making art.
