Around the age of five years old, growing up in a small-town Tallulah Louisiana I can remember my aunt’s roller setting, pressing, crimping, finger waving, and French rolling hair in my grandmother’s kitchen. Hair is something most of the women in my family are known for, so I’d like to believe I got it honest.
That’s when Lavish Beaute Hair Co. was born, my purpose and plan is the beautify, uplift, educate, and encourage women all over from all walks and races of life. I want every woman to know that no matter if she’s natural, balding from alopecia, or just want to wear weave to know that it’s ok and that because your hair does not define or change who you are! Do what makes you feel beautiful. I had to position myself as a leader and be transparent to gain the trust of many women. That’s what’s it’s about, not the money. I live for the reactions of seeing a great woman become even greater.
I’ve been listened since 2005, and on March 1st I stepped out and moved into a private salon suite. I also have custom wigs and body oils that are available online.
