Business Description

LIONS DAYCARE LLC is designed to respond to the stages of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual growth, behavior of infants, toddlers, and school age children. Before- and after-school care — A program providing care for school-age children before and after the regular school day is an important imperative for this community.

Curriculum will be in place for all children that will be attending public schools. Teaching materials will reflect any Common Core’s that are being taught at the present time for the child within the local school district. Communication with local school will take place to ensure all materials will be affective.

Superintendent, Susan K. Stewart-Harper, has also offered drop-off transportation for after school care as well as providing lunch meals for our infant to pre-school children, snacks for after school children with be provided by LIL LIONS DAYCARE LLC. During the Summertime program these meals and snacks will be provided by LIL LIONS DAYCARE LLC as well for all ages attending the Summertime program.

In addition to this, an assimilation, with the local Arkansas Head Start Program, that is located next door, has been established. A personal call was made to the Facility Director requesting contact person to call regarding the Head Start Partnership Program.

Global demand for childcare services and early childhood education is growing because of increases in the number of women in the workforce and the number of single-parent families, as well as reduced poverty and improved health services.

At LIL Lions Daycare, our mission is to build strong foundations by providing childcare that meets the needs of each child, their family, and the community to help them grow academically, physically, mentally, and socially. Our goal is to provide the safest and best possible care allowing each child to prepare to enter the public-school system, to provide a much needed after school/summertime program for school aged children to inspire academic achievements for these school aged children, in a safe environment while parents are working.

The need for a structured, educational, and most importantly a safe regulated Child Care Center is a major concern now. Under direction of State regulations, we will provide the upmost safe and educational program to fit the needs of the community’s children. We are license for Birth to School Age Children and Summertime Program will be the operation for our business and Star 1 level with Arkansas Better Beginnings.
