We are uniquely trained to assess your needs and can provide options from basic to complex modifications by collaborating or bringing in other outside professionals and service providers. Our goal is to preserve and promote your independence while helping you continue to live safely and comfortably in your home.
A licensed Occupational Therapist will complete an assessment of your cognition, physical abilities and how well you navigate throughout your environment. The therapist will identify barriers and provide recommendations for home modifications and equipment needs that would allow improved safety and accessibility to meet your highest level of function and independence.
