Business Description

Navcap is a social impact edtech that empowers Black and Brown graduate students to accelerate their careers through mentorship, career coaching, and industry knowledge-sharing. Navcap was created to build knowledge pipelines for entry and mid level Black and Brown professionals in college to have the impact, access to opportunities, and income they worked so hard for after completing their degree.
