Neeka’s Southern Recipes llc and Behold the Cupcake Queen is a grassroots southern cuisine catering company that provides amazing foods as well as Decadent desserts .“Where the food is not just exquisite but an experience”. My name is Shaneeka Taylor I am a mother of four amazing boys and I have been married to my husband for 6 years. I grew up right here in the tri-cities area of Richmond, Virginia. Where I learned from some of the best cooks (my Grandmother and Mother). I have tasted and sampled many different foods. During this period I have grown an interest in developing clean southern foods. Okay I hear you! How do you make southern foods clean? You would be surprised in the transformation of a southern dish to a clean and healthy dish with just a few different ingredient choices.
