Business Description

After leaving corporate America in 2015, I started my entrepreneurship with this as a mom/pop style pastry business, baking and distributing from our family kitchen to what has now become a full-service catering company. Prior to COVID-19, On A Roll Baby, LLC was on pace for having its greatest success since inception. We have acquired name recognition from some 12,700+ followers on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms. We are currently working on purchasing a food trailer so that we can only improve upon those numbers. Even though the business has slowed down during the health crisis, our enthusiasm and confidence in this business model and the community have not waned. We know that our expansion, as part of the revitalization effort happening in South Jackson, we can become a staple in this community. Our city/metropolis has an 80% black/minority population, and that community has supported companies such as Starbucks, primarily because there is a lack of black/minority/women-owned business of the same kind accessible in the area. We believe the community is ready to support such a business. Owned by an African American female, On A Roll Baby, LLC aims to be that business, but on wheels. Much like my namesake (Tinie), this small business is sure to have a larger-than-life presence filled with personality, professionalism, pizazz, positive vibes, and (what’s more) people from our community.
