LIVN Truth nutrition and health coaching were created to educate, empower and support individuals to Live an Intentional life of Vitality through Nutrition. Thereby, gaining a greater level of health through adopting a whole food plant-based lifestyle that encourages healing and results in the reversal and abatement of chronic lifestyle diseases. Our commitment is to build a foundation that results in the highest level of health and self in all things truth, food, freedom, fun, and fitness. LIVN Truth supports client success through partnership, practice, sound knowledge, integrity, and compassion; with a steadfast determination to extend and enhance the lives of our clients and the communities in which we live and serve.
This is an organization owned by a woman of color that is professionally trained as an advanced practice nurse and who was also diagnosed with chronic lifestyle illnesses. My philosophy is that years of clinical education and loads of medication have not helped to move our population to a greater level of health or produced advantageous health outcomes. The goal of the organization is to address the social determinants of health with education and support through a plant-based nutrition coaching approach that is proven to heal chronic diseases that disproportionately affect people of color and those who live in poverty.
