The Perfect, Inc. program was founded to empower formerly incarcerated women to achieve success while they transition back to their community. Perfect, Inc. program participants receive employment training, coaching, mentorship, and job placement with fair pay and benefits, giving them the tools to write their own story.

Our goal is to support each woman as they write the continuation of their story.
Our Participants
Perfect, Inc. program participants are carefully vetted to determine eligibility via an interview process upon filling out our online application. Accepted participants are motivated to create a meaningful and successful transition for themselves and their families. They must be female, aged 18 or older, and committed to sobriety. We partner with local churches, probation communities, and housing programs to engage potential participants.
