Igniting the fire in women overcoming trauma by helping them to develop self-awareness & self-care practices that can be implemented in their daily lives.
We provide a hands on approach to empowering women, girls, femmes, and non-binary teens/youth with holistic healing and self-care techniques that can be used in their daily life. Such workshops provide a therapeutic environment, and a sisterhood with common goals of becoming the best versions on their self.
