Precision Notary Management & Consulting is a minority woman owned small business mobile notary and consulting firm. We offer notary, virtual assistant, and small business consulting services.
Our notary services consist of but are not limited to acknowledgements, oaths and affirmations, loan documents, estate planning, and real estate documents. We travel to your preferred location within our servicing area or also are capable of remote online notarizations.

Virtual assistant contracts are short term and can be in person if the client is in our servicing communities of Gloucester, Mathews, West Point, Williamsburg, Yorktown, Newport News, Hampton, and surrounding areas. We specialize in healthcare administrative tasks but can assist any small business with document drafting, reception, client communication, scheduling, and data entry.
