Pride Fitness DSM is for anyone that has ever felt like you haven’t ‘fit in’ at a typical gym because of who you are or how you present yourself.
At Pride Fitness DSM, you will be a part of a growing community of individuals both in person and online wanting to build strength both physically and mentally, get out of daily aches and pains and feel empowered within yourself and your abilities in a space that is safe to be who you are. That’s why our atmosphere allows you to grow physically, mentally and emotionally through strength training.
We offer one-on-one and group fitness training in-person and online. We believe through strength training, you are able to push barriers physically and mentally that carry over into your daily life and you are able to gain confidence within yourself and your abilities.
