For start-ups and small businesses founded by professionals of color, services include HR Consulting for processes, policies and people management, leadership coaching for founders/executives and customized training workshops. All coaching and training can be hosted virtually.
Anyelis Cordero is the founder and Career Coach; she’s a Human Resources professional with a decade of experience, a Masters in HR Management and specialization in HR Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. Anyelis creates and provides all coaching, facilitates workshops, participates on panels and presents as a keynote speaker for events and conferences. She serves on the board for the Cuban American Alliance for Leadership Education, and has been featured in Grow (Acorns + NBC), Cheddar and the Muse.
