River City Psychiatric Services (RCPS) is a single owner, LLC and outpatient psychiatric mental health clinic providing medication management and psychotherapy services via Telehealth across the state of Minnesota. The main office is in Winona, MN but is not staffed as we all will work remotely. Providers see patients with minimal needs, to patients residing in Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) facilities requiring 24-hour skilled nursing services. Regardless of patient’s background or where they are at in their life, our goal is to help patients grow from their struggles, heal from their pain, and move forward to where they want to be in their life.
