Inspired by her elders as well as being raised in the catering culture, Sheana Fair founded She Cooks3

Kitchen Takeover in 2017 as a way to give people easy access to delicious and flavorful meals and service

her community,

Sheana formally known as “She She” gave her heart to cooking in 2015 and her talents continued to evolve

as she has taken up course and gone the extra mile to ensure she is providing her clients with top notch

service and delicious food. Her vast learning experience and network gained the interest of friends, family,

and locals and in no time Sheana developed She Cooks3 Kitchen Takeover.

Originally She Cooks3 launched as a pick- up and delivery food meal-prep service, which quickly gained

recognition and support and became the neighborhood’s number one choice for take-out.

Sheana has successfully transformed She Cooks3 Kitchen Takeover into a catering service, hosting a

variety of events from large extravagant birthday celebrations, corporate events, conferences and galas to

small and lavish brand launches, networking brunches and socials as well as high profile industry events.
