Business Description
Spoon and Sprout is a plant based/vegan food company. We started out making plantain chips in 7 flavors with organic herbs and spices and organic sunflower oil. We then added Meal Plans and Catering. Our menu is curated mostly based on seasonal produce. Our theme is global cuisine made locally. We strive to make our food as healthy as possible.
While we are catering, we are getting ready to launch Frozen Ready to Eat Meals made from Tempeh. Our tempeh is made Soy-Free, it is also Gluten Free. Tempeh being a fermented product can be used to make many entrees and appetizers. Our line of Tempeh RTE will consist of 3 varieties.
