Unbreakable Minds Coaching provides life and mindset coaching services to youth and assists parents and adults serving youth to provide healthy, nurturing relationships, create safe spaces, and become change agents in the lives of those they serve. The mission of Unbreakable Minds is to introduce teens and young adults to the best version of themselves and guide and support them on a journey to living their best life with purpose, on purpose.
Our Services
Individual & Group Coaching – Individual and Group Coaching provided to youth ages 15-25. The Coach utilizes a framework that supports youth turning their vision into strategy, reframing mindset to remove barriers, skill building, and energy management. All support revolves around Understanding of Self, Boosting Confidence & Relationship Building. The Coach guides and supports the Client to Knowing Their Worth, Discovering Their Purpose, Clarifying Their Vision, Finding Their Voice, and Creating an Action Plan to Accomplish Their Goals.
Facilitation & Training – Facilitate workshops and conduct youth and adult serving youth training on Creating Safe Spaces, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), Relationship Building, Mindfulness, and Self-Care.
Online Courses – Self paced courses for youth and young adults to acquire knowledge and skills in areas of personal and professional development. Live sessions are often offered as a supplement to the course.
Many of our services are provided virtually and in person. Packages and payment plans are available.
