Villainous Grounds, Coffee Roaster, Comics, Books, and More…
On the Square in Downtown Perryville, MO, we have been serving the Southeast Missouri Region since 2016. We roast mostly Organic, Fair Trade beans from around the world including Swiss Water Processed Decafs. Our customers can choose from a diverse menu and we customize beverages as needed! Pastries and chocolates add a little something extra to tempt the pallet.
While all of our comics, books, merchandise, and coffee beans are on our website we also have a brick and mortar store. The second story of our 130+ year old building houses all of our comic back stock, a large range of books including an ever-expanding kids’ section, a rentable “Mad Hatter’s Tea Room,” as well as our “Villainous Bazaar” – wares from local craft and artisan vendors who sell anything from soaps and candles to jewelry and art. Celebrating art, we’ve commissioned local artists to create murals both inside and outside our building.
Villainous Grounds is a safe space for one and all. We do not force our political or religious views on anyone, nor do we discuss them openly. We are geeks and nerds – we do not judge (unless you only drink instant coffee!).
