Better Bodies 4 Us, L.L.C. was formed to help the community improve their health and wellness by educating and motivating them to exercise and eat better. Changing lives one day at a time; physically, mentally, and spiritually, is our vision.

HIIT 4 Us, a 30-minute ‘live stream’ high intensity family class, is what we offer to working women, between the ages of 40 to 65, and their families. Better Bodies 4 Us utilizes ZOOM’s platform to offer this virtual class. Our class is convenient, fun, and encouraging. It is taught by a National Strength and Conditioning Certified Personal Trainer with over 19-years of experience in the health and wellness industry.
