2.0 Products and Services 

(FREE CLASSES) – Every Saturday at the Brooklyn Community Pride Center located at:  

1360 Fulton Street Brooklyn, NY 11216 (Ground Level)
From 4:30 to 6 PM 

(FREE CLASSES) – Every Wednesday at Grassroots Community Space located at: 

54 Coles St, Jersey City, NJ 07302 

From 3:30 to 5PM 

Class Format: 

Typically, dance sessions range from 60-80 minutes in duration.
Breathing Meditation/visualization followed by an aerobic/anaerobic warmup, where students will do stretches and other cardio related exercises to get the juices flowing and increase flexibility in the body. Cardio is great for enhancing dance skills.
  
The Routines Students will follow and learn repetitive and simple moves that will need them to use their whole body. Students will focus on improving rhythm and master basic dance moves, to successfully do the routine.   A few classes may focus on freestyle dancing and movement, as a way of encouraging students to come as they are and feel, and dance to express/tell a story or experience. 

• Create a dance studio with a warm, supportive atmosphere, which is based on satisfying all customers. 
• Provide a social, therapeutic, and entertainment forum for people with diverse interests, backgrounds, ages, and diagnoses.  

• Provide dance training for students and staff at all levels of dance, from beginner to advanced.
