Empowered Flower Girl is a social enterprise on a mission to transform the way young people relate to one another and themselves. We partner with schools and community organizations seeking solutions to cyberbullying, drama, relational aggression and other social/communications challenges.

Our engaging workshops – for youth and adults – provide participants with effective tools to improve relationships and strategies for managing conflict.

CONSULTING

• We offer community and public relations services to nonprofits, social entrepreneurs and community organizations looking to get noticed for the good they’re doing in the world as well a consulting for organizations looking to launch mentoring programs.

ABOUT OUR FOUNDER

Rasheda Kamaria Williams is an award-winning mentoring consultant, speaker, communications strategist and chief empowering officer for Empowered Flower Girl. She uses the challenges she faced as a teen as the springboard for her lifelong commitment to help young people cultivate their own personal power. For more than a decade, Rasheda has been committed to making a difference in the lives of women and children in communities as a mentor, speaker and workshop facilitator. Her passion and advocacy for youth and social change have earned Empowered Flower Girl numerous accolades, including SASHE’s “Top 10 Companies for Women and Girls.” Rasheda also was named one of “29 Inspirational Female Entrepreneurs Who Are Positively Impacting The World” and featured in Exeleon Magazine as one of “15 Dynamic Entrepreneurs of 2020.”
